Cambridge Station
Cambridge Station
This is taken looking north, towards Ely. The platforms in the picture are numbered 6,5 and 4, from left to right. Platforms 6 and 5 are bay platforms, serving mainly Norwich and Ipswich. Platform 4 is eventually re-numbered Platform 1 to the south to create the longest platform in the UK. Platforms 2 and 3 at the south end of the station are also bay platforms.
