Stile near Baddiley Lodge
The pasture around Baddiley is flat even by the standards of south Cheshire. The large pasture (right) is usually used by cattle, according to the sign by the stile warning of bulls. It stretches east to the Llangollen branch of the Shropshire Union and north to the deciduous woodland of Baddiley Gorse (centre). Halls Lane Bridge on the canal is just visible (centre right; in SJ6150)
