A small area of deciduous woodland south east of New Dairy House Farm contains several ponds/meres. This view westwards near the south-east corner from by the public footpath from Halls Lane Bridge was taken in early spring, just as the leaf buds were beginning to appear, and shows a patch of celandines by one of the ponds
