North Farm is a large estate on the north eastern edge of Tunbridge Wells with good access to the A21.
It is no longer an industrial estate in the true sense of the word, but composed of smaller business parks and retail parks (Fountains Retail Park, Spa Retail Park, Great Lodge Retail Park, Tunbridge Wells Shopping Park, King Standing Retail Park). It is now a major out of town shopping area with numerous famous names including Argos, John Lewis, Marks and Spencer, Currys, PC World, B&Q, Toys R Us and Staples. Knights Park Leisure Park is on the edge of the estate.

PC World is one of the United Kingdom's largest chains of mass-market computer superstores. It is part of Dixons Retail plc. The first PC World opened in Croydon in 1991.

Currys is an electrical retailer and is owned by Dixons Retail plc. It specialises in selling home electronics and household appliances, with nearly 300 superstores and 75 high street stores. Currys is a part of Dixons Stores Group along with PC World & Dixons.
The first Currys was opened by Henry Curry, in 1888, in Leicester, as a bicycle shop.
