This is the fourth of a series of pictures following the byway SP9109 : Byway on the County Boundary down the slope. At this point a footpath, towards West Leith and Tring, crosses the byway and the path, cut in the side of the holloway, demonstrates the depth to which it has been eroded by wear and tear over the years.
