SX7635 : Gammon Head

taken 14 years ago, near to East Prawle, Devon, Great Britain

Gammon Head.
Gammon Head.
The rock formation suggests Queen Victoria's head, similar to the rock formation at the mouth of the Salcombe Estuary. The sandy beach below is part of Elender Cove, a favourite with locals and 'In the know' surfers.
