Untaken harvest
Untaken harvest
Fruits of Sea Buckthorn [Hippophae rhamnoides] at Yellowcraig. Always the last to go of the winter fruits. Neglected by both birds and jam-makers, they are a rich source of vitamin C, but taste horrible. These are still untouched in April.
