SP7219 : Bridleway near Lower South Farm 2

taken 16 years ago, near to Quainton, Buckinghamshire, England

Bridleway near Lower South Farm 2
Looking north, this is a bridleway that comes from the village of Woodham behind the camera and goes to the hamlet of Shipton Lee, a distance of 4km across relatively uninhabited farmland. The bridleway has just crossed the quiet unclassified road to Doddershall House, and the gate at the end of the field is a railway crossing, just in the next grid square, see SP7220 : Railway crossing near Railway Cottage.
