St. Edith's church was rebuilt in 1853 with the tower dating from 1773. It is set within an elevated circular graveyard which suggests its origins are medieval or earlier. The village of Church Pulverbatch is a small Conservation Area village consisting of the church, village hall and some fine listed properties. It is located a short distance from Castle Pulverbatch along the road to Stapleton and Dorrington.
