Sinnington Bridge
Sinnington Bridge
Bridge over the Seven at Sinnington.
The river looks peaceful, but is one of the larger tributaries of the Derwent which regularly floods Malton and surrounding area.
It rises on the moors above Rosedale.
The road over this bridge was formerly the main A170 to Scarborough, but a bypass was built in the 1960s.
