These oak trees are on the northern edge of Grendon Wood, see SP7021 : Grendon Wood near Greatmoor. A very short bridleway runs from a gap in the hedgerow in the distance - behind which runs the C road between Shipton Lee and Edgcott - to the start of a ride in the wood, which is out of sight, though the bridleway does not continue into the wood.
