SP6921 : Bridge over River Ray

near to Grendon Underwood, Buckinghamshire, Great Britain

Bridge over River Ray
Bridge over River Ray
The title belies the picture. This tiny wooden bridge, which is not on a footpath, crosses the River Ray, see SP6921 : River Ray, Grendon Wood, but the river is just a small stream at this point. The bridge, if it is ever used, presumably serves as a short cut between the fields either side of the trees and stream.
