Hull to Hornsea railway at Sigglesthorne
Hull to Hornsea railway at Sigglesthorne
This is the trackbed of the former Hull to Hornsea railway at Sigglesthorne. Basically, it's just a swamp at this point. The bridleway that's there now has to take an elevated diversion a few metres to the east to avoid this. How on earth this ever supported a railway, I don't know!
