The Pipe Organ
The Pipe Organ, taken 8 years ago
This is the Abbey’s splendid pipe organ in the loft within the North Transept. Built in 1856 by Gray & Davidson to a specification similar to their exhibit at the Great Exhibition of 1851 and subsequently restored several times, the most recent in 2004/5.
