Seaweed, Broadsands Beach and tankers in Torbay
The seaweed is regularly scraped up by the local council's staff as it does not appeal to holidaymakers. In "the bay", on the horizon can be seen two tankers. There are several more out of sight. They are oil tankers waiting for the price of oil to rise and the economy to pick up. They have to pay fees to the harbourmaster to stay moored here, so someone benefits.
