SJ1041 : Stone built grouse butt
near to Carrog, Denbighshire/Sir Ddinbych, Great Britain

Stone built grouse butt
This grouse butt is well placed at the top of a stone outcrop. An ideal spot to take a bit of lunch. There are a few others but they all seem to be neglected, presumably as the modern approach is to use an area where strips are cut in the heather. These can be seen on aerial photograhs.
