A cul-de-sac off Luccombe Road in Upper Shirley. The grassy turning circle has a large oak tree in the centre of it which presumably pre-dates the houses! I don't know whether the four garages are for houses in Pewsey Place or the cul-de-sac northern end of Melrose Road which backs on to the garages.
