This covered reservoir is on the top of a hill and is owned by Northwest Water. Not sure what the solar panel is for, maybe there's some electronic monitoring equipment inside the panel. The house in the distance is currently for sale and is on the southern edge of the wood in which Crank Caverns can be found.
