SH5909 : Bridleway above Llwyngwril
near to Llwyngwril, Gwynedd, Great Britain

Bridleway above Llwyngwril
Boulder dry stone walls flank the bridleway which drops down past Llwyn Du to join the A493 in Llwyngwril. The flat alluvial plain at the mouth of the Afon Gwril can be seen, as can the rocky shore. The river reaches the sea by the caravan site to the right of the photo. Much of the land here was arable, before being turned over to sheep and cattle pasture.
