Bodmin Parkway, Signal Box Cafe

The cafe in the old signal box is always welcoming. Home made cakes, etc, are usually available. There are flowers in vases at the tables and customers often sit looking out of the windows as they eat their food. This may be visible in the picture. Today, the steam locomotive from Bodmin Central offered entertainment as it stopped on the opposite platform before puffing its way back again, having switched its engine from back to front. This scene incorporates several elements associated with Britain: the old signal box with the black and white decoration, the cafe, the red post box and the public phone box. The sign near the cafe entrance states "Cornish Coffee". Not sure what to make of that.
