The Ranger's House, Greenwich Park
The Ranger's House, Greenwich Park
Built in the early 18th century on the edge of Greenwich Park, this elegant house became a grace and favour residence for the Ranger of Greenwich Park in the early 19th century and it has subsequently been known as the Ranger's House. Now owned by English Heritage, it contains a fine collection of paintings. This is the Greenwich Park side of the house viewed through the Rose Garden. Its other side faces onto Blackheath.
