SX6671 : Saddle Bridge, Dartmoor

taken 15 years ago, near to Hexworthy, Devon, Great Britain

Saddle Bridge, Dartmoor
Saddle Bridge, Dartmoor
This scene shows the lane between Venford and Hexworthy, near to the bottom of the hill as it passes over Saddle Bridge. The cattle grid indicates a land boundary is coming up. This is just out of sight, beyond the green car at the bottom of the hill. To the left of the bridge, the foundations for an old stone building are still clearly evident, but I'm not sure what this would have been.
