Abernethy Forest
Abernethy Forest
An area of younger trees planted in the days when the forest belonged to the Seafield Estate. It is now a wildlife reserve owned by the RSPB and the biggest chunk of boreal forest left in Scotland. Travelling through here on skis is just like being in Norway, only the beer at the end of the trip is much cheaper!
