What a hoot!

Someone has secured this plastic owl to the outer steel framework of Connel Bridge NM9134 : Connel Bridge with the Falls of Lora starting to form. Two elderly ladies told me about the owl as I was taking photographs from the bridge. A young couple walking by thought the bird was real until I informed them that it was plastic one wired to the steelwork.
