This huge building is due to become a medical centre for the city centre, and to be staffed to deal with all of those things which are politically inappropriate for the Hull Royal Infirmary to continue to deal with. The car park is the Albion Street Car Park, much less crowded now that Tesco have persuaded Hull City Council to provide up to 3 hours free parking for Tesco Customers.
