Lower end of Slater's Incline
Slater's Incline, sometimes known as Plashetts Incline, was an old inclined plane waggonway which linked the Plashetts and Far Colliery up on the moor down to a junction with the Border Counties Railway (1858-1962) which at this point lies beneath the waters of Kielder Water.
