"Secret Garden" no more!

Initially called "The Secret Garden", this conversion and development of a redundant office block is being renamed "Greyfriars Court" now that the secret is out! Greyfriars was the name of the FE College nearby, now closed and due for redevelopment itself. The penthouse (white above the block behind) has particularly fine views over Colchester and the surrounding county, and both parts have reputedly been bought by the same person, achieving elevated privacy. The new building closer to the camera contains a number of flats, many of which have views into Castle Park, seen here in the foreground.
