Hercules C-130, Kemble Air Show, 2009
This is one the workhorses of the Royal Air Force and has served with distinction for many years. The six-bladed propellers identify this as a C-130J, the latest variant. The origins of the plane lie in the 1950s and in 2006 it joined a small but select group of aircraft to have been in continuous service for 50 years with its primary customer.
