Plaque on the ground at Clarendon dock, Belfast. Part of a series, it is set into the ground beneath the 'Dividers' sculpture J3475 : Sculpture, Clarendon Dock, Belfast & J3475 : "The Dividers", Belfast. I imagine that this is another part of that installation as it is marked 'VB' (artist Vivien Burnside) on the bottom left and the date, 2002, corresponds likewise.
