This seems an appropriate location, especially with a drain across the forecourt seeming to mark out the position.

I note that this one was made in 1832 in cast iron, by an iron founder called J Garrett in Ipswich - would they be related to the famous Garretts of nearby Leiston, the pioneers of agricultural machinery and the production line?
