The floral display is on the roundabout at the junction of Great Western Way, Cirencester Way, County Road and Cricklade Road. It is a representation of a steam railway locomotive, large numbers of which were built in the Swindon railway works that once stood on this land. It probably shows up better from the railway line behind the viewpoint.
