Give me an "Ff"!

The windows behind this component of the Welsh inscription (see e.g. ST1974 : Wales Millennium Centre) reflect a fractured image of Roald Dahl Plass. This is the only lower case letter in the whole inscription, but then it is also the only Welsh digraph. Ffar be it from me to suggest that the architect originally spelt it FWRNAIS and had to improvise a correction.
