Abandoned enclosure in Coed y Celyn

At the south east corner of Coed can be found this old enclosure. The enclosure straddles the grid square boundary - the ruined cottage is in the square to the south. Large scale maps show this as Gwern y Baedd - does anyone have more information about this place?
