Sandend: fisherman's cottage and smoke house
Sandend is one of the smallest, if not the smallest, fishing village on the Moray Coast. Some of the 19th Century cottages have an attached smoke house where fish were smoked. Fishing continues on a small scale in the village but many of the cottages are now holiday homes.
