This was an attempt to recreate ST1872 : View across Penarth Flats towards Cardiff, 1986. It was somewhat spoilt by 23 years of tree growth, but the change in the skyline is clear to see. In the centre can be seen the supports of the Millennium Stadium, with nearby Stadium House now clad in shining white. On the left several blocks of flats line the approach to the new bridge over the Taff.
