near to Drighlington, Leeds, Great Britain

The end of the tarmac, Old Lane, Drighlington
Part of the old road from Leeds, superseded by the turnpike road. It was shown as wide as the latter on the 1850 OS map, and is apparently still a public road, although motor vehicles are prvented from using it by large blocks of stone.
