I’d heard on the radio traffic news (10.00) that a vehicle had broken down near the end of the coned stretch seen in J2966 : Motorway cones near Dunmurry. By the time I’d reached the bridge at Tullynacross, it had been removed but there was still this long queue (at 10.46). The view is towards Lisburn/Dungannon.
