NJ8260 : Unusual Road Material
3 km from Bracklamore, Aberdeenshire, Great Britain

Unusual Road Material
The pink-and-white material forming the road here turned out to be scallop shells, presumably waste from a shellfish processor. It was strange to see them here on a moorland road. You can see the scallop shapes more easily in NJ8260 : Unusual Road Material.
