NJ8259 : Kinbeam Hill
3 km from Bracklamore, Aberdeenshire, Great Britain

Kinbeam Hill
This part of the track is wettish, hence the clumps of willow on the otherwise treeless moor. The maps show the Loch of Monwig somewhere to the left, and a burn somewhere to the right, so this damp section is probably where the water from the loch seeps down towards the burn. Shortage of time, and the fact that I was wearing shorts and sandals, discouraged me from further investigation.
