near to Burghfield Hill, West Berkshire, Great Britain

Sulhamstead Abbots church
Formerly St. Bartholomew's church and now dedicated to St. Mary (possibly at the time of the plague). Its style, with the flint walls and low white weatherboarded tower, is very similar to St. Denys' church at Stanford Dingley SU5771 : St. Denys' Church, Stanford Dingley about eight miles away. They must be by the same architect.
