Old Lime Kiln
Old Lime Kiln
This listed building is a former lime kiln. The siding used to serve it is still apparent. Coal would have been brought in and lime dispatched through the loading platforms on the rail track side of the building. Picture taken from the Gainsthorpe road bridge.
