Plaque - Eaton Socon Brewery
Plaque - Eaton Socon Brewery
This plaque was place by Eatons Community Association on the wall of the white house in TL1658 : Great North Road, Eaton Socon.
"This house was once part of the Eaton Socon Brewery - a successful business which owned around 20 public houses and beer houses. Started in the mid 19th century, it lasted for around 70 years. By the 1920s, the buildings were used by Howard & Wrights Corn Merchants. When the buildings were demolished a petrol station was built."
