Galloway cattle on the Worcestershire Beacon

Managed by the Malvern Hills Conservators, these tough cattle help keep the scrub down by spending all year on the hill. The electric fence seen in the foreground is repositioned to a new plot from time-to-time to allow them to cover a large area. They also need to visit this portable water supply (fed from the bowser just off to the right), which is why this corner of the plot is very muddy.
