The Water Tower, Roald Dahl Plas, Cardiff Bay
The Water Tower is in Roald Dahl Plas in front of the Welsh Millennium Centre. Here James Street can be seen reflected in the Tower. Roald Dahl is of course the popular children's author who was born in Cardiff, and there is a newer connection in that the fictional HQ of Torchwood (the BBC TV series) is underneath the Plas.
