Made in Coventry
The Made in Coventry Motoring Association display at the Royal Show, 2009. Names here included Humber, Standard, Triumph, Rover and Daimler. The association is open to vehicles which 'originate from, were fully or partly built in or powered by' units from Coventry. This gives a wide choice of over 100 car manufacturers and about 70 motorcycle manufacturers from the late 19th century to present, not to mention engine builders, panel makers, coach builders etc.
