A view across the top of the pair of restored lime kilns on the western side of Porthclais harbour, showing the careful construction involving large pebbles set in mortar within the kiln chimneys and sizeable stones set around the rims. These structures had to stand high temperatures.
A matched pair of kilns can be seen on the other side of the harbour.
