Holme beach
The changeable weather had obviously put everyone off coming to the seaside as the beach at 16:30 was almost completely deserted, as can be seen in this photograph. Strange, as it was warmer than at nearby Brancaster on the hottest day of the year so far two weeks earlier; I was almost tempted to go for a swim!
