SE7511 : Wisemans Bridge

taken 13 years ago, near to Crowle, North Lincolnshire, Great Britain

Wisemans Bridge
Wisemans Bridge
The canal runs parallel to two drains here and this pedestrian bridge provides access to the canal towpath. An inscription reads: "Erected and constructed by Bullivant Engineering Kiverton for Keadby Canal JAC. Sponsored by National Rivers Authority and British Waterways Board. July 1989." Rather a shame about all of the rubbish.
