SP6259 : A pile of magazines
taken 10 years ago, near to Weedon Bec, Northamptonshire, Great Britain

A pile of magazines
At the west end of the former ordnance depot at Weedon Bec were two rows of brick magazines for the storage of ammunition. The depot was originally served by a branch off the Grand Union Canal (here out of sight behind the buildings on the left) but later a long railway siding was provided off the London to Birmingham line, the disused rails of which are seen here. The military moved out some years ago and the site is now privately owned.
