One can travel from this station to both London (Marylebone) and to stations in the West Midlands as well as to Aylesbury. Although these services are much more frequent than in the past, the lines from Princes Risborough to Oxford and Watlington are now closed and the services to Maidenhead and the Great Central main line have been long withdrawn. There has always been an infrequent service to and from London (Paddington) but this is now reduced to just one train per day in the down direction only.
